Philosophy of Education & Technology in the classroom

My philosophy for classroom management success is based on how the teacher approaches their position, the students, and parents, and how they create a productive environment.

• The classroom will be:

• inclusive

• organized

• engaging

• inviting

• & giving power to students to communicate so they can grow.

• The teacher will:

• implement strategies that will be beneficial to both the teacher and the students.

• implement routines that students understand and respect. 

• implement Rules and address behaviors in the first couple of months of the school year to help students be on task throughout the school year.

And the teacher will feel they have a purpose in teaching.
